Abstract：Web service selection based on the QoS is still a hot topic in the area of service computing. For the past web service QoS are mostly describe in single data type， this paper present hybrid QoS to describe the web service. The hybrid QoS contains real number type， interval type and language type. The web service selection based on hybrid QoS used the improved TOPSIS method. Experiment results show that the web service selection based on hybrid QoS has higher stability and reliability. Meanwhile， this paper presents the method for service provider to improve their web service by the feedback from web service consumers. Service provider can improve their service by the feedback in order to more and more consumers select their service. Thus the service provider could get greater benefits and increase the competitiveness of their services with other services.
